Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Full time position in Parramatta CBD

Boutique Legal & Accounting firms requiring a well-presented and highly organised team member for shared reception area. 

The successful candidate will be familiar with all general reception and office procedures. Basic computer knowledge is required – managing calendars, typing, data entry, incoming and outgoing emails – as well as telephone and banking duties.  A working knowledge of MYOB and Leap Legal Software would be an asset.

Remuneration based on skills and experience.
