Appeal Upheld

Thrilled to have assisted our client in obtaining development consent for a new 3-storey boarding house in Penrith.

Contentions raised by Council included arguments relating to:

  • Issues regarding waste management, including on-site waste infrastructure, waste truck accessibility, and private vs. public waste collection,
  • Rent control measures,
  • Parking and vehicular access,
  • Flood planning,
  • Neighbour amenity concerns.

Overall, very pleased with the result.
